YSR Navasakam: How to Apply YSR AarogyaSri Card

YSR Aarogyasri Card :

All households :

1. with annual income of less than or upto 5 lakhs is eligible.
2. Land holding less than 12 acres of wet or 35 acres of dry or a total of 35 acres (wet & Dry).
3. Not having more than one personal car
4. Families who own no property or less than3000 sft built up area in urban area
5. Government employees are covered under employee health scheme . Therefore not covered under YSR Aarogyasri Card.

YSR ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డు కి అర్హతలు:

• 5 లక్షల కన్నా తక్కువ  వార్షిక ఆదాయంతో ఉన్నవారు అర్హులు.
• 12 ఎకరాల కంటే తక్కువ పల్లం  లేదా 35 ఎకరాల మెట్టు  లేదా మొత్తం 35 ఎకరాలు (తడి & పొడి) కలిగి ఉన్న వారు అర్హులు .
• ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ వ్యక్తిగత కారు లేని వారు అర్హులు 
  
  
  
  
  
  
• పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో ఆస్తి లేని కుటుంబాలు లేదా  పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో 3000 చ.అ  కంటే తక్కువ స్థలం గల వారు 
• ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు వారి  ఉద్యోగుల ఆరోగ్య పథకం పరిధిలోకి వస్తారు. అందువల్ల వైయస్ఆర్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ కార్డు పరిధిలోకి రారు .
