You can reprint your aadhar card without registered mobile number.

You can now register with your new number easily..

How to get aadhar without Old Mobile Number:

1. Goto Uidai website from this Link
2. Enter your aadhar number and captcha  
    


3. Tick     If you do not have a registered mobile number, please check in the box.
4. Enter your New Mobile Number and Click send Otp
5. You will get an OTP on your new number ,
6.  you have to enter that OTP and 
7. accept terms and conditions and SUBMIT
8. Then make payment Rs.50 with any of following payment methods debit/credit cards/internet banking/upi
9. Then you will get your aadhar card by post
